Parents as Teachers - Franklin County Parents As Teachers is an early learning program for parents of children prenatal to age three.

Parents As Teachers is a free, voluntary, early learning program designed to provide practical and timely information to all families including single parents, first-time parents, and expectant parents. Currently the Ottawa Parents As Teachers Program is full with 35 Families enrolled. Please email me if you would like to put your child/children on our waiting list. While on the waiting list you will receive the monthly newsletter in the mail and be invited to our group connection meetings.
