But with both arms crossed 😋
Tips:
- Go slow
- Exaggerate the pivot
- Long poi help make it slower
- Crossed elbows switch from top/bottom
- Pretend your arms aren't crossed and do reels

Thanks to Calcifer, the son of , for making sure we had everything before leaving for our gig at the Freeport Art Museum in IL today.
We had .everyday_ over last night and practiced our doctors for a while, then experimented with 3 person variations. This morning, we packed up for a little walk and practice session and did a few footwork variations. It feels good to have a practice goal, record it and share with yall.

Our classes at Great Lakes Flow Retreat 2024 went so well! It looks like with 90 minutes and a few teaching assistants we can teach people what we call "the braid". Using hip or shoulder reels and turns, any number of people can consistently switch partners and move through the line.
