Aviator Assistant was proud to help sponsor the NIFA Friday Night BBQ, alongside ASA, during an incredible week of aviation, competition, and community.
From student pilots and flight teams to instructors, volunteers, and aviation professionals, events like this are what make the aviation community so special. It was an honor to help bring everyone together for a night of great food, great conversations, and shared passion for flight.
We are especially grateful for the opportunity to support the next generation of aviators as they continue building their skills, confidence, and future careers in aviation.
Thank you to NIFA, ASA, the event organizers, volunteers, and every student team that made the evening such a success.
Aviator Assistant is proud to support student aviation.

✈️ Our latest Aviator Assistant release is here.
We’ve been hard at work making the app faster, smoother, and more reliable for pilots. This update brings major improvements to the map experience, stronger performance and stability, better tracking, and a growing list of feature upgrades across the app.
New highlights include 3D terrain with altitude warnings, a native PDF viewer with annotations, scratch pads with built-in templates, NOAA weather animation, improved chart layering, faster airspace rendering, and dark mode refinements.
We also fixed several issues affecting usability and stability, including iPad modal freezes, tap responsiveness in scroll views, navlog issues with certain procedures, dark mode search visibility, and tablet download overlay alignment.
Thank you to everyone who continues to fly with Aviator Assistant and send feedback. Every update helps us keep building a better EFB for pilots.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting the University of Nebraska at Omaha ✈️🎓 for an on-campus demo and great conversation with your aviation community. Thank you to the faculty, staff, and students for the warm welcome and thoughtful discussion 🙏
During our visit, we showcased:
• Aviator Assistant EFB 📱 — tools to support planning, briefing, and in-flight workflows
• Aviator Intelligence by ASA 🧠 — a smarter way to learn and study using trusted aviation content
• Flight School Management software 🗓️ — designed to help programs streamline training operations, scheduling, and administration
We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect and share what we’re building, and we’re excited about the potential to support the next generation of pilots at UNO 🚀🛫
