It could be a funny thing to ask when you are nineteen years old, but after having had a child I was starting to question why I was here – on this planet.

I said to myself at the time, if life is all about having a couple of children, working your whole life in some job, then passing on – what’s the point?...there must be something more?

I guess about that time I started looking at and searching for more meaning in my life. I wanted less doubt and apprehension and more hope and inspiration.

I wanted more of a feeling of inner security and belief in myself!

The phrase WHO AM I, WHERE DID I COME FROM, WHERE AM I GOING? began my exploration into spiritual things.

I tried all different types of yoga, meditation and healing.

When I was looking for a deeper meaning to my life. I was fortunate to have people that connected me to a deeper understanding of Conscious Connection…..my inner knowing.

I have found the techniques gained through, Group Work, Courses, Readings
have taught me the values of:

●Practicing mindfulness: meditation, journaling or breathwork.

●Noticing my thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations without judgment.

●Asking myself: What am I feeling? Why? What do I need right now?

to name a few of the things that I have gained a deeper understanding of.
