As we begin a new school year, we’d like to recognize a few important leadership transitions within the Osceola PTA.

A heartfelt thank you to Emily Markson for her dedication and leadership as our PTA President over the past several years. We are incredibly grateful for everything she’s done to support our students, staff, and families. While Emily is passing the president’s gavel, we’re excited that she’ll continue serving our organization as Treasurer this year.

We’d also like to extend a sincere thank you to Lura Young-Hove for her years of service as Treasurer. We appreciate the time, care, and commitment she has given to the Osceola PTA.

A special thank you as well to Wendy Rider for the countless hats she wears and the steady leadership she provides behind the scenes. Her dedication, guidance, and willingness to step in wherever needed have made a lasting impact on our PTA and school community.

The Osceola PTA mission is “Every Child. One Voice.”

PTA's 2026-2027 school year memberships are now available and just $10! Financial assistance is available if needed. A membership simply shows your support and doesn’t mean you have to attend every meeting or show up at every event!

Why pay to volunteer? Good question! Our organization, like many others, pays into the national and state level to maintain our nonprofit, 501(c)3 status. We also receive important support, resources and assistance from these higher levels.
