Thankful Tuesday. If 2020 taught us anything it was that it’s okay to slow down. Life is hard, crazy, fast, and unpredictable, but when we slow down we begin to see a lot more of the beauty. 2020 didn’t come in great and didn’t go out with all my goals and dreams for the year accomplished, but I worked hard and tried my damnedest so I can say I’m proud for not giving up. For me it’s a new year with the same goals, but a fresh start. I bet we can all say we found some silver linings in 2020. Some accomplished bigger goals and huge projects, some just took the time to slow down in life. Whatever path you took, be proud of yourself!! Make 2021 the best yet! #2021

I know I’m super late to the game, but this book couldn’t relate to life so perfectly and messy all at the same time! The trauma happens to be different in many lives and hopefully none for some of you, but she speaks truth to my world. It’s inspiring and eye opening. IF you haven’t (which you probably have) but you must listen or read it!

Small tip for today: For a more relaxing shower, tie dried eucalyptus in your shower. The steam will release the oils and aroma which is amazing and smells so good!
