Yesterday was a busy one at Riverside Prep!

Our Middle School Football team showed out in their final home game of the season with a big win, while our volleyball game was full of school spirit as we celebrated Senior Knight and Pink Out in support of breast cancer awareness.

A great afternoon of Silver Knight pride all around. 🩷🛡️

Perfect attendance deserves a little celebration and a lot of water baloons!

Yesterday our elementary students with perfect attendance got the chance to take aim at Principal Ms. Turner and our Assistant Principal Ms. Smith with water balloons. Safe to say, they got absolutely soaked.

A fun way to celebrate showing up and putting in the work every day! 💦

On Friday, our athletics students had the opportunity to hear from Fredia Gibbs, a former kickboxing and MMA champion, who came to Riverside Prep to speak about anti-bullying, mental health, and resilience.🥊

It was a great opportunity for our students to hear an inspiring story from someone who knows what it means to overcome challenges and keep pushing forward.

We appreciate Fredia taking the time to share her experience and message with our Silver Knights. ⚔️

Wednesday night was a busy one for Silver Knight Athletics!

Our Cross Country teams took on their second league cluster meet at AAE, with our Middle School Girls taking home 1st place alongside some great performances from our Middle School Boys and Varsity Girls.

Back home, our JV Football team took the field under the lights for another night of football, ending the night with a 13-6 win.

September is Su***de Prevention Month, and we’re glad to bring an important conversation to Riverside Prep.

This Friday, our students will hear from legendary martial artist Fredia “The Cheetah” Gibbs . She’ll be speaking about mental health, anti-bullying, resilience, and the importance of speaking up and supporting one another.

We’re looking forward to this meaningful experience for our students. 🛡️

Last Friday our students and staff came together for Hispanic Heritage Month with country booths, Lotería, plenty of dulce, and some great music from our student band. It was awesome seeing everyone getting involved, learning, and enjoying the celebration together.

We’re proud to celebrate the cultures and traditions that make our school community unique. ❤️🩶🖤
