Meet with the same group each week and learn the foundations of pole, where you’ll learn and execute beautiful tricks, spins, transitions and sequence them together for a short routine at the end of each class.
Whether you’re brand new to pole or a repeater wanting to master and refine the basics, there is a place for you here 🫶

Join us for a 4-week series focusing on floorwork, clacks and kips! In this series we’ll explore choreography on the ground combining fluidity, flexibility, strength and control to make movements look effortlessly sensual. We’ll start with a warmup focusing on calves, ankles and hips and begin with heel foundations on the floor, moving into the choreography and ending with a cool down. We will also be breaking down the heel kip without using the pole as an advanced progression for those who are ready to try it!
You will learn two choreographies in this series, separating each into two week blocks.
Please bring heels and kneepads, and wear whatever else you’re comfortable in!
ASCEND AND ECLIPSE MEMBERS CAN USE MEMBERSHIP CREDITS TO JOIN - 4 credits will be used upon registration

Join us for GAME DAY - your official adult recess! We'll be playing all of those nostalgic childhood games - heads up 7 up, 4 corners, musical poles, duck duck goose, red light green light, etc… but make it pole style!
We'll start with a group warm-up and then get into the fun, where each round you'll have the chance to win prizes.
