Faith and Fitness with Sandra I'm a Revelation Wellness® certified group instructor and wellness facilitator. We worship and workout - getting stronger in body and spirit!

In this class we will workout for one hour - doing cardio, interval & circuit training, and strength training. This group is for anyone who wants to get healthy and whole from the inside out, while worshiping our Savior Jesus Christ. Are you tired of trying different diets, different work-outs, of over-exercising, feeling unmotivated, of comparing yourself to everyone else, or depending on food or

something else to comfort you? We need to get healthy AND whole; and the only way to do that is by changing our heart, mind, soul and spirit. I am a certified Revelation Wellness® fitness instructor and we are a faith-based fitness ministry. We use fitness as our tool to share the gospel and God's love. We train you from the inside out so you can get closer to God, healthier in mind, body and spirit, so you can love yourself, your family, and all those around you. If you:

~are just looking for a change from the inside out, come to this class! This class is for adults, male and female. All fitness levels welcome.

Before my last set of bulgarian split squats (which I hate!) I looked down and noticed what my laces said. I’ve never even noticed this before!
DIG DEEP.
And it honestly encouraged me to finish!
But isn’t this also how it is with our faith? Sometimes, we have to dig deep. Sometimes when we are going through the storm, and we just don’t want to go another step, we have to dig deep and trust God. We pray through tears and uncertainty. And we get through it. God always carries us through.

Steubenville East was amazing! Words can’t express the joy and how full my heart and spirit is. God moved BIG time and I’m not surprised one bit. How I love these kids and this group. I can’t wait to see how God leads them.
