Beau ❤️ This is where our love story is coming to an end. I took extra pictures today knowing his time w/ me is limited. His breathing is becoming labored during the day now and he’s starting to look more tired. I hope I’ve given him the best 6 weeks of his life and he’s felt my love every single day. I’ve made arraignments for Lap of Love to come to my home Wednesday morning to say my final goodbye. Beau loves to lay in the sun in my front yard so I want to make sure that’s where he passes. The total cost of this is $830. This covers the cost of euth, private cremation & Beaus w/ keepsakes being returned to me. Invoice can be provided. As I’ve stated in our posts the past month our intake has been on hold due to getting caught up on our medical cases financially. 📣📣URGENT!!! Remember Walt?, the boy we rescued back in January who was living in trash with the large open wound on his back? Walt became very sick this week and needs and emergency ultra sound today. He’s been at Crystal Creek Animal Hospital getting diagnostics done all day. Unfortunatly, he may have a mass on his spleen. We racked up a $1852 bill today and this doesn’t include a treatment plan as of yet.

We desperately need to get this amount paid in full. Our intake has been closed for March hoping we can get caught up on our medicals so this is a real set back for the rescue. We rescued Scarlet from Orange County Animal Services last month after she was a victim of being burned. Scarlet is around 19 weeks old and is good w both dogs & cats. She has a very sweet & affectionate temperament. She’s currently fostered in the Orlando area. Please keep in mind she was severely burnt and will likely have a portion of her head, neck and back which may not grow fur completely. Adoption fee is $150. She’s fully vacinnated, spayed, microchipped and has no health issues/converns. Please shoot us a DM to schedule to meet her!

Beau isn’t doing well. He spiked a 103 fever, has green eye discharge & shivering. I took him to the Vet first thing this morning and after doing a new set of X-rays he has 2 new large masses in his lungs. These 2 are in addition to the 6 he already has which have also increased in size about 25%. His last set of X-rays was only 10 ago. His cancer is spreading at a ridiculous fast pace 😞

The only coarse of treatment is a large dose of steroids (via shot) today and to continue oral doses to decrease his inflammation which will decrease his fever & other symptoms. His Vet diagnostics & treatment plan today was $545.

Beau absolutely loves being outside & in the sun. I still have a few outdoor activities I would like to do with Beau before we put his end of life plan into place. Bc he is moving a bit slower these days I would love to have this dog cart to carry him in. It’s $76 on Amazon. https://a.co/d/2PxSWMc

As of now Beau is still eating, drinking, using the bathroom and isn’t whining, panting or having difficulty breathing. Therefore, I will continue to give him ALL my love & attention until he lets me knows it’s time. He’s been having gourmet meals daily which all involve his favorite food, steak. I carry him outside to put less strain on his lungs, and we spend hours just enjoying the sun ☀️. I’m going to miss this perfect boy sooo much but I’ll continue to make sure his last days are memorable ❤️

Our corso momma, Maya, gave birth to 14 beautiful, healthy babies this morning! She did amazing and all puppies are in good health. We have one runt female being bottle fed otherwise all are eating like champs! Final count is 8 boys & 6 girls!!! This is our first litter EVER and 14 is a large amount of pups so thank you Sunny Days Dog Training LLC for taking on this HUGE task of parenthood. For those of you asking, YES they will be available for adoption eventually. We will start taking applications around 4-5 weeks and they will be able to go to their homes after 8 weeks. 📣 Our little burnt puppy Scarlet is healing WONDERFULLY!! Despite this awful act of violence she has the sweetest temperament and is sooooo loving! Shes doing amazing in her foster home 🏡. What happened to the young pup to have all these injuries?!?! Also neck wounds from a metal collar and animal bones in his tummy

Meet Blaze! This sweet guy was hit by a car and came in with multiple healing fractures (multiple ribs, bilateral femoral necks, L acetabulum, R calcaneus, suspect p***c symphysis). He does walk on all four legs but has an abnormal gait, severe weight bearing lame hind legs (left slightly worse than right), walks with stifles held narrowly and sometimes crosses hind legs when walking, sits frequently, reluctant to stay standing and walking for long period, occasionally while sitting starts walking with front legs only (dragging hind legs). He is friendly, and needs rescue placement for surgery or physical therapy.

Just when we got caught up on our Vet bills for the week some sh*thead decided to burn a 3 month old puppy. So here i am begging for funds again. I’m sorry guys IDK what else to do. I couldn’t say no. Shes looks like just like Murphy did 😞 Orange County Animal Services transported her directly to Crystal Creek Animal Hospital for us just now. 📣📣MAHOMES UPDATE📣📣 We now have another tripawd!!! We asked for help & you all answered, THANK YOU. We were able to raise the funds qu**ky. His surgery was successful and he’s currently still waking up from anesthesia. We did send his leg to Histopathology b/c there is a chance he could have bone cancer. So please keep our boy in your thoughts & prayers for negative cancer results. He’s only 2 and has his whole life ahead of him.

We DO NEED A FOSTER as we pulled him urgently on Saturday due to his injuries. We didn’t have a chance to pre-post him for one. Please send us a DM if you would like to foster him. I will be doing animal testing on him next week once he’s feeling better. So far he’s been non-reactive. He’s an adorable shorty stocky fawn boy w/ green eyes.

Doug entered OCAS on 12/27 with a LARGE GASH on his forehead that exposed his head tissue. This required 27 STAPLES and an additional 6 STAPLES on another wound. He was also notated as having punctures and abrasions to his face, elbows and chest.

Designated as SINGLE DOG ONLY. While at the shelter he has not been able to be successfully paired with other dogs. He displays a high level of dog reactivity. I would imagine this is probably due to his past trauma that resulted in the above notated medicals. Although initially avoidant he’s become increasingly more socialized with people and more recently is very seeking of his human handlers.

Hes notated as 2years old, UTD, HW-, neutered and microchipped. He is RESCUE ONLY due to being on the last chance list. If you are interested in adding dog to your furever home please send us a DM

📣📣TWO URGENTS, Need out by 5pm today📣

Wyatt- this puppy was seen being thrown out of a car window today. He has head trauma and mostly likely a fractured tibia (pending shelter xray reviews). He is 9 weeks old & less than 10lbs.

Veronica- was found at an apartment complex. She has a multiobular mass on her v***a and the shelter Vet suspects TVT (transmissible venereal tumor) or other neoplasia. Shes notated as friendly, 5yrs and 51lbs.

The reality is we haven’t been posting lately or intaking new dogs as our funding has been extremely low. We would need PLEDGES & FOSTERS to even consider taking 1 or both of these medical cases in.
