The Portuguese Program at UCF aims to encourage and promote the culture, language, customs, and traditions of the Portuguese-speaking world.

The purpose of the Portuguese Program at UCF is to provide students with the knowledge and tools they need to develop proficiency in the Portuguese language. Recognizing that language is not the only constitute of a society as a whole, the vast cultural differences in the Portuguese-speaking world are also researched, discussed, and celebrated.
