I smile.
I work.
I provide.
I achieve.
But internally…I was exhausted.

Sometimes achievements become a distraction from unresolved trauma.

A way to feel valuable.
A way to avoid feeling empty.

And when the recognition fades…
I was left alone with myself again.

This episode is for the people silently carrying too much.

The helix represents resiliency through its continuous, spiraling structure that embodies growth, adaptability, and persistence. Unlike a rigid line or a static shape, the helix suggests movement and transformation. It bends without breaking, rising upward even as it turns through cycles.
