Pegasus Play Lab SM Shadows!

Are your students interested in Stage Managing? Theatre UCF's Pegasus Play lab is offering Shadow opportunities for our new play festival this summer.

Tuesday, May 19 through Sunday, June 14.

High School or Middle School Stage Managers can learn Stage Management techniques, as well as learning the unique ways that Stage Managers support a Playwright while new plays are developing.

Rehearsals are 11am - 4pm Tuesday - Saturday

Some tech and performances will offer some evenings (and we will have a matinee performance on Sunday, June 14).

Congratulations Grace Caudill!!

Grace is a Grace…ful leader! Her work ethic, her understanding of the art, and her practical skills made her the person that everyone looks up to! Grace will take things in stride, will figure out what’s needed, and will make things work! We can’t wait to see the work she does out in the world, because we know that she will excel!

Marisa mart, practical, and knows how to balance. She’s balanced the intensity of the SM program while achieving academic excellence, and maintaining a healthy social life. Marisa will use this balance to soar into the future, and we can’t wait to follow her from the beach to the mountains and thru the desert!

Addy is our good luck charm - in so many ways! Addy can be the life of the party, and also the person who can make a group focused and productive! Addy can find the positive, and bring the heart! We can’t wait for Addy to bring her charm to the world!

Congratulations Elizabeth McDermott!

Elizabeth is passionate, driven, and on the move! Elizabeth is going to be on her feet and make it happen - and she’s going to do it with care. We look forward to hearing about Elizabeth’s adventures as she takes on the world!

Mary is artistic, and connected, and the SM who will always end up onstage playing various roles in rehearsal! Mary is the person you want to go on the journey to understand the motivation and find the why! We look forward to seeing Mary explore the world!

Chris is driven, and strives for perfection. But Chris also knows how to find the good in the messy as well as the perfect. We can’t wait to follow Chris along on his journey to find his bliss! Hey Chris! It’s the time you’ve been waiting for! Your BFA!!!

Congratulations Renee Doty!

Renee is an honorary member of the and served as the UCF Celebrates the Arts Company Manager for two years. While exploring Company Managing, Producing, General Managing, and a whirlwind as a Principal Dresser, Renee approached the world with a calm and practical curiosity. We look forward to hearing about Renee’s continuing exploration of the business side of theatre - from NYC to Maine and beyond!

Jonas is the person who will lift your spirits and find the joy. He makes the room a better place with his humor, and he also knows when to get serious. Jonas can build the world of the play - and then manage it! We can’t wait to follow along as Jonas builds his way into the future.
