Today’s 𝟴𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗽 𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲 that surrounds our students with love, pride, and unwavering support.

We have accomplished so much this year, and 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 who lives our mantra daily. We are Odyssey. 🦺 Our 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝘀 show us every day what leadership, responsibility, and pride look like at Odyssey. From morning arrival to afternoon dismissal, these student leaders help keep our campus safe and running smoothly.

A 𝗵𝘂𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸‑𝘆𝗼𝘂 to 𝗠𝗿. 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗺𝗮, 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿, for training, guiding, and inspiring our students to lead with confidence and care.

🙌🏼 So grateful for our 8th Grade Committee for coordinating our 8th Grade Celebration. Our Dragons had a blast! 🐲🎉

🚵🏼 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁. E‑bike and e‑scooter injuries among kids are rising fast, and the most serious accidents are the ones we can prevent together.

Recent 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝗷𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘂𝗽 𝟮𝟭%, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗸𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝟭𝟰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟴𝟮% 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝗻𝗷𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗺𝗲𝘁𝘀.

𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗵𝘂𝗴𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁𝘀: ✔️ Always wear a certified helmet
✔️ Check brakes and tires before riding
✔️ Use lights and bright clothing to stay visible
✔️ Keep speeds low in neighborhoods
✔️ Supervise younger riders
✔️ Follow safe charging practices to prevent battery fires.

𝗘‑𝗯𝗶𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲‑𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝘃𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀—𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝘆𝘀—and with the right precautions, families can enjoy the ride while keeping everyone safe.

On 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟳𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝘁 𝟮:𝟯𝟬 𝗽.𝗺., our Odyssey Middle School community will come together for one of our favorite traditions — the 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝘆𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗽 𝗢𝘂𝘁!

As our 8th graders take their final walk through campus, students and staff will line the courtyard to cheer them on and send them off with love as they begin their high school journey. 💛💙
