Not all pizza is created equal. 🍕 Wandering Goat is a wood-fired pizza truck that makes everything — sauces, toppings, all of it — right on the truck. And tomorrow, they’re parking on campus for Tasty Tuesday.

Every pie on the menu is named after a Florida city, and the range is genuinely impressive. The Mount Dora (pesto, goat cheese, baby bella mushrooms, balsamic glaze) is the one for the adventurous. The Titusville (chorizo, bacon, jalapeños, hot honey glaze) is the one for the bold. And the classic Deltona is there for anyone who just wants a really good slice of pizza.

UCF's Emergency & Crisis Management graduate program has been ranked No. 1 in the nation for Homeland Security & Emergency Management by U.S. News & World Report for the third consecutive year. Based right here at UCF Downtown, the program prepares professionals to lead through disasters, public health emergencies and complex crises at a time when that expertise has never been more critical.

UCF Graduate Programs Climb in U.S. News' 2026 Rankings, Reflecting Strength in Serving National Needs As UCF’s graduate programs continue to rise, they reinforce the university’s role as a national leader preparing professionals to tackle society’s most urgent challenges.
