Look at what a bunch of our former Castleview students have been up to! If you are headed off to Horizon West Middle School, the theater department is always looking for amazing new talent. You could be apart of one of their award winning shows!
Congratulations to Cassandra Rodgers and the entire Horizon West Middle School Theatre program for being awarded one of this year’s Disney on Broadway School of Excellence Grants. Music Theatre International, Disney Theatrical Group, and Educational Theatre Association collaborate to award 20 grants nationwide, which include free performance rights, production materials, and the opportunity to participate in exclusive virtual webinars, sponsored by industry professionals.
Horizon West Middle School is staying busy right until the end of school this year with a production of All Shook Up Younger@Part at this year’s Orlando International Fringe Festival! Recently spotlighted on WFTV Channel 9, see HWMS at the Peach Venue this Thursday through Sunday. And please check out all the OCPS Theatre Programs participating in Fringe this year!

Summer is almost here! Help us celebrate the last day of school with our fun filled bounce house day! Wednesday, May 27, we are looking for volunteers (must be ADDitions approved) to come help our kids have a blast during their special area times with bounce houses, a dunk tank, and more!

It was announced on Tuesday, May 12th at the School Board Meeting that Mrs. Young is now the official Castleview Elementary School principal. She would like to offer a Meet and Greet with Castleview community members next week on Wednesday, May 20th. There will be two opportunities to attend--once at 9am and once at 5pm.
