How it all began
It was 1992 and I was just an 11 year old girl, already with a passion for baking.
I loved spending time in the kitchen experimenting with different ingredients and my mother took notice. She registered me in professional classes where I learned the art of baking a French sponge cake and creating beautiful flowers made out of pastillage and royal icing. After all these years creating beautiful and delicious desserts is still what makes me happy. However, through the years my style of baking has changed. I went from conventional baking to only vegan organic.
Why vegan? Well, my husband’s beautiful niece has many severe food allergies. When she and her family moved to Orlando I began converting all my recipes to vegan so she could also enjoy my baked goods. The outcome was so delicious and I had such great reviews from anyone who ate my vegan desserts that I decided to stick with it. I take pride in all my creations and have made it my goal to provide delicious treats that can be enjoyed by vegans and non-vegans alike.
