How do you start your mornings? Exercise Reps? Breakfast? Why not start with “REPS”…Rice, Eggs, Pandesal, Spam (not the email kind), a typical Filipino breakfast😄.

We created this T-shirt for the fans of our Pandesal (Filipino sweet bread). Both the Shirt & Pandesal will be available at our next pop-up on March 8 from 9a-1p

We will also have our Ube Pandesal available as well as our other baked goods (square cookies, sourdough bread, granola). Come by and visit us and many other great vendors.

Sourdough Baguette or Loaf? Either way you can’t go wrong because of some of the health benefits of sourdough…

1) Sourdough bread is easier to digest, thanks to its natural fermentation process, which breaks down gluten and phytic acid.

2) The fermentation also boosts gut health with beneficial probiotics.

3) It’s typically free from preservatives and artificial ingredients, making it a cleaner, more wholesome option!

Visit our popup us this Saturday, Feb 8 from 9a-1p for their Health Fair.
We’ll have our sourdough baguettes, loaves, & bagels along with our other baked goods.

Look at this gorgeous natural purple of Ube. As you can see the shade varies within the root vegetable and with individual tubers. We have encountered Ube that are white with a hint of purple to ones that purple-ish black. Ube, like sweet potato, is high in healthy carbs, vitamins, and fiber. Purple ube also contains antioxidants, which promote overall health.
Be aware of some Ube products that use extracts & food dyes to get a consistent “purple” color.

You’ll only find real Ube in any of our Ube products, no food coloring or “Ube” extracts. Real Ube (not Japanese purple yam which is sometimes passed off as Ube) is often hard to find so it’s a real treat when we get to cook with this popular ingredient.

This is strange looking thing is UBE. We just acquired this somewhat large tuber (tablespoon for size reference). We will be using this popular ingredient (real stuff…no extracts or dyes) and baking our Ube Pandesal for our pop-up .orlando on Jan 26 from 1p-5p.
