Good morning, Knights! Just a reminder: As of February 4, 2024, the familiar black and gold UCF Federated Identity login page has a new look! The new Single Sign On (SSO) page that you see when logging into websites such as the My UCF Portal (my.ucf.edu) will now prompt you to sign in with your [email protected] over an updated background image of The UCF Alumni statue. Make sure to sign in using your [email protected] and your NID password, as this is the new SSO login format. UCF IT is aware of an issue that is currently impacting NID email access for students who graduated in the Spring 2023 semester and is actively working towards resolving it promptly. Per UCF policy, graduates are granted email access for up to one year after graduation. We understand the importance of continued access to your university email post-graduation and are dedicated to restoring this service for you as soon as possible. Currently, Spectrum is reporting degraded service across UCF’s Main Campus due to hardware failure, which may impact your Spectrum services in that location. Spectrum technicians are on-site troubleshooting presently, and we are reportedly seeing improvements in service across campus and will continue to monitor.
