We are surrounded daily by opportunities to do great things for ourselves, our families, and our community. It sounds crazy, right?! To change _Everything_ it simply takes for you to make a CHOICE. Every second that you spend on doubting your worth, every moment that you use to criticize yourself; is time wasted. It's not like you have forever, so don't waste the Promise that you ARE on anything that's not directly moving you closer to the Vision you have for your life. :) Smile. Life is cool like that.

At your workplace, if your colleague or manager ignore you, your likelihood in getting disengaged goes up to 45%.

If your colleagues or your superiors doesn't ignore you, but instead criticizes you, then your disengaged goes down to 18%.

If a colleague or superior notices a single strength you have, your disengagement goes down to less than 1%.
