Tips
1. ✅ Define your audience: just like in love, you must first fall in love with your customers before expecting them to love you back “just because”
2. ✅Give them meaning: Why would people choose you and not another brand? How will your service or product change your customer's life?
3. ✅Gain trust by giving value: always give extra value, more than what you offer, and that should not cost you more, I mean extra customer service, to listen, to support, to give before you are asked, to anticipate, to serve each customer as unique.

Try to answer these questions and you will see how they will help you build a stronger brand.

Hola personas , hoy paso por aquí para dejarte estos 💥3 TIPS para HACER CRECER TU MARCA y espero les guste y sirvan.

Tips
✅ 1. Define tu audiencia: así como en el amor, primero debes enamorarte primero de tu clientes antes de esperar que ellos te amen a ti porque si
✅ 2. Dales un significado: Porqué la gente te elegiría a ti y no a otra marca? Cómo va a cambiar la vida tu cliente cuando tu servicio o producto?
✅ 3. Gana confianza dando valor: siempre da valor extra, mas de lo que ofreces, y eso no debería costarte mas, me refiero a extra servicio al cliente, a escuchar, a apoyar, a dar antes que te lo pidan, a adelantarte, a atender a cada cliente como único.

Trata de responder estas preguntas y vas a ver como te van a ayudar a construir una marca más sólida.

Hoy les quería compartir algo de inspiración y al mismo tiempo, un proyecto mío que nos sirviera para aprender sobre y . Este es el proyecto de y de marca para la Corporación Educativa del Litoral.

🌈 Me encantó hacer este proyecto. Fue todo un proceso de 3 meses en colaboración con mi cliente, donde todos aprendimos mucho y se desarrollaron unos productos bien interesantes, pero mas allá de eso, los resultados de la nueva estrategia de fueron INCREÍBLES!

👩🏼👦🏻 Entrevistamos a más de 70 estudiantes para llegar a conclusiones sobre nuestro cliente ideal, nos sentamos con ellos y los escuchamos para poder llegar a esto.

Aquí solo te muestro un resumen, estaré montando mas sobre este mismo proyecto para que conozcan todo lo que hay detrás de un desarrollo completo de una marca .

💥 CUÁL FUE EL RESULTADO?
Bueno, no solo se incrementó el número de estudiantes de la institución más de 5 VECES! (Maravilloso para todos) Si no que también se vio reflejado en el crecimiento en todas sus redes sociales y campañas de marketing digital, los estudiantes están felices con el cambio, se sienten que hacen parte de una familia que los entiende y se generó consciencia respecto al entorno natural en donde viven.

Do you take the time to work on your goals? Here I am in my working on my business, on myself, on my brand… join me and let’s ask each other these questions: Where do you want to be in 1 year from now? And What capabilities do you need to get closer to that gap?

Think about it… is it some technical stuff that you need to learn? 🔨 Is it a resource that you need? 💥 A course you need to take? Me for example, I need to finish my web page, learn more about digital marketing statistics and balancing my personal and working life. 🌬Share your thoughts, I would love to know about yours…. We need to set goals and a plan towards it, if you don’t plan it then it will always be a dream! Let’s do this.
