Yesterday’s HSMAI Central Florida & Women in Travel THRIVE Networking Happy Hour was a tremendous success!
It was fantastic to see such a strong turnout from across the hospitality and travel industry. Events like these remind us how valuable it is to step away from our desks, connect face-to-face, exchange ideas, strengthen relationships, and build new ones.
A big thank you to everyone who attended and helped create such a welcoming and energetic atmosphere. Special thanks to Women in Travel THRIVE, Wildly Different, and the team at Hotel Landy for helping make the event possible.
The conversations, connections, and collaboration opportunities that came out of this gathering are exactly what make our hospitality community so special.
Looking forward to seeing everyone at the next HSMAI Central Florida event!

Excited for what’s coming next with HSMAI Central Florida.
On March 25th from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM, we’ll be hosting our upcoming luncheon at the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld, focused on a topic that is reshaping hospitality and commercial strategy:
“The AI Convergence Zone: Leveraging Intelligence and Influence.”
In today’s hospitality landscape, the gap between data-driven revenue management and social-driven marketing is quickly disappearing. This session will explore how commercial teams can bring these worlds together to create smarter strategies, stronger demand generation, and more impactful guest experiences.
We’re excited to welcome two fantastic speakers:
• Paul Romero (HM Hotels) – discussing AI-powered commercial intelligence and how data can drive smarter revenue and distribution decisions.
• John-Erik Moseler (Adventure Social) – sharing how AI-enhanced storytelling and influence can transform marketing and demand generation.
Together, they’ll explore how sales, marketing, and revenue teams can break down silos and build a unified, intelligence-driven approach to growth.
