Chocolate Pearl

Rainbow fruity marshmallow krispies for national candy month and pride.hands in a big bowl of treats is always a good day. And the chocolate krispies with bourbon vanilla pudding mixed into the marshmallows look nice and cozy. Also working on Father’s Day which is June 21st.

I like working with caramel that I make because it’s easy to clean even if the cooking time is a longer process. Since I am small batch, I don’t have automatic much of anything, which is fine with me. It forces me to focus on the steps and rely on myself. I have trashcans in several places of the kitchen for easy cleaning. Total Wine sells a lot of mini bottles of liqeuers, which is great when I’m doing R&D or limited runs of an item. And yes that is the soundtrack to &Juliet in the background. I have yet to see the show, but I love the covers of the songs.

Decorating is going to take some time but the larger version of my stickers in poster form creates a little more me in the store. Also, I’m still obsessed with my tile. Starting on Father’s Day this week with some fun help from the ACE next door for mini bucket baskets.

Colorless Sour Raspberry candy one day and Sour Pineapple today. Possibly going for Sour Melon tomorrow. Plus Sugar Free Apricot Peach Bears today. Lots of experimentation in the candy sector today. Finished coating yesterday’s Root Beer Float Balls in their Vanilla Sugar.

Finishing Father’s Day menu for truffles as well plus planning some June fun.

We’re getting saucy with Ruby infused caramel. Summer desserts tasting super delicious. Memorial Day is this weekend and I have made some goodies that my own remembered would have loved. If you’re in the Dr. Phillips area of Orlando, stop in to say hi.
