if you’ve been around since the beginning, you may have noticed that we recently updated our logo. the spiral is a sacred symbol, found everywhere in nature from the vast cosmos itself to the delicate curl of a fern frond. to us, it represents the cyclical nature of life and the path we all walk — ever-evolving, never returning to quite exactly the same place.

it’s no secret that corporate america (and its highest performers) are feeling the consequences of an extreme high-pressure world: burnout is rampant, employee retention is low, and the feeling of needing to constantly be connected is inescapable.

the truth is our work has changed faster than we realize. technology has expanded, blurring the lines between work and life, while simultaneously demanding we adapt to new skills at an ever-increasing pace. we’re expected to compete with supercomputers – but at the end of the day, we are undeniably human.

the good news is there IS a way forward, and I believe the answer lies in flow states. they’re not some mystical power reserved for the elite – they’re a trainable skill that can unlock a middle path. we can learn to achieve more in less time, all while enjoying the experience more than ever before.

this month, I had the pleasure of diving deep into this topic on with my friend 🎙 together, we explored practical strategies to cultivate flow and discussed how it can revolutionize the way we approach work and life.

A bridge between body and mind, breath is one of the most powerful tools we have to help us alter states. Here are 3 different ways you can use breathwork to physically and emotionally regulate, making it easier to find flow. 🌬️

Box Breathing → activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reduce stress, and increase mental control

Nadi Shodhana → calm the nervous system, reduce performance anxiety, and enhance concentration

Kapalabhati Breath → energize the body, increase alertness, and heighten focus
