FRIENDS, is Mercury in retrograde or did the Universe just hit me with a full-blown forced upgrade bundle?

Here’s how the last few days went:

– A/C broke = $500 repair
– My husband’s phone died = upgraded both phones
– I figured, why not upgrade the WiFi too
– While the internet was being installed, I moved my laptop to make space
– It fell
– I dove to catch it
– Landed straight on my knee
– Still didn’t save it

Now I’ve got a new computer, an external hard drive, three months of protection, and a slightly bruised ego.
Total cost? $1700 and a reminder that I am not, in fact, indestructible.

At this point, it feels like the Universe said,
“Oh, you wanted alignment? Cool. Let’s start by deleting everything that no longer supports it.”

But instead of spiraling, I looked at it through a different lens.
The Universal Laws.

Law of Rhythm
Everything moves in cycles—expansion, contraction, clearouts, upgrades.
This moment? Contraction. But the bounce back always brings more clarity.

Law of Polarity
With every breakdown comes a breakthrough.
Yes, even the kind that involves your laptop crashing and your knee catching the brunt of it.

Law of Attraction
I’ve been calling in more structure, ease, and support.
Apparently the Universe decided to expedite it… just not gently.

Law of Cause and Effect
I moved a computer.
The ripple effect? A full system reboot.
Change isn’t always slow—it can be sudden, loud, and inconvenient.

Law of Compensation
Nothing is lost without something being gained.
The return is already in motion—whether in peace, energy, efficiency, or momentum.

So if life’s been throwing curveballs your way too, ask yourself:

What is this preparing me for?
What expansion is trying to get through?
What am I being asked to release or rebuild stronger?

Sometimes your next level doesn’t feel like ease.
It feels like receipts, reset buttons, and a little bit of comic relief.

But you’re still on track. Still in it. Still becoming.

Today in my own identity work, I said it out loud:
I want to feel like I belong on that bigger stage.

Not “lucky to be there.”
Not comparing myself to the coach beside me.
Not rehearsing lines I’ve already mastered.

I want to know—in my bones—I have every right to take up space.
Confident. Calm. Excited. Focused. Strong.

Because the truth?
I’ve got pages of receipts.
Years of results.

From overthinking to OWNING the room...

This week, I had two powerful sessions with clients who came in with that all-too-familiar vibe…

For a long time, I thought success meant doing more. More strategy, more effort, more pushing through (cue: podcast show, group, journals, a million offers, client work...etc). And to an extent, it worked—I hit my goals, built something meaningful, and kept moving forward.

But deep down? I felt like I was always chasing success rather than actually living it. Decisions felt heavier or longer than they needed to be. Stress felt like a normal part of leadership. I was always on, but I wasn’t always present.

Then I made a shift—one that changed everything about the way I lead, create, and experience success.

I stopped:
❌ Overanalyzing and second-guessing every decision
❌ Thinking my value was tied to how much I accomplished
❌ Pushing through stress instead of addressing it
❌ Ignoring my body’s signals and running on adrenaline
❌ Believing success had to come with exhaustion

And I started:
✅ Rewiring my nervous system to handle more success without stress
✅ Making decisions from clarity, not pressure
✅ Learning to hold and receive success, not just chase it
✅ Shifting subconscious patterns that kept me in overdrive
✅ Leading from alignment instead of urgency
✅ Creating space to think, feel, and lead with intention

And here’s what I learned: Self-mastery isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being present.
