It is the mission of WE to provide door-to-door trash pickup services to multi-family communities, townhome, student housing, retirement and assisted living facilities within Central FL. The services provided by WE will directly solve the multifamily market’s trash and recycling issues. These can include:
• Residents leaving bagged or unbagged trash in the hallways creating unsafe conditions and w
ith increased odor
• Leaking trash bags that are carried/dragged to the dumpster area resulting in the expense of stained hallways/carpets
• Dumpsters that are completely full and running over
• Trash being left throughout the community’s public areas
• Recycling being mixed in with normal trash
The company solution to these issues lay in the services we provide. Our recycling program encourages residents to participate in a green approach when bagging their trash. All recyclable items, placed in a blue bag/container, (available for **add on**on our website) will be taken to the community's recycling dumpster, or taken completely off the premises and disposed of properly. The Company’s trash valet service solves the ongoing problem of tenants mishandling their trash and facilitating flooring stains. Service valets take each resident’s bagged trash, left at their front door by 9AM/8PM,(depending if they select morning or night pick-up time) to the community dumpster and dispose of it properly there.
