🌈My feet are killing me, I’m starving, and sweaty….. but my first time being in the Pride Day Parade was spectacular!!! Talk about everyone being welcoming, kind, and full of energy. And, I got to represent and carry the flag of my beautiful El Salvador!! Next year it’ll be Mexico cause I got be fair. Lol

At one point, a tiny little girl ran up to me and gave me a sticker that made my tears fall. I included a pic.

Today was one for the books! What an honor to work for FusionFest and truly be a part of something bigger than all of us.

From now until the end of the year, I will be exploring every yoga studio and class I can find in Orlando. I want to start 2023 with a short list of favorite classes that I can focus my time on. So, if you have a favorite studio or class that you would like to recommend, please do so!

Today I will be checking into Project 7 Yoga and I’m super excited!

Anyone is welcome to join me in my research. But I am in no way an advanced yoga practitioner - and I haven’t been going consistently this year. So don’t feel intimidated if you are new to yoga or feeling rusty. 🧘🏽‍♀️

When people find out I manage the marketing and social media accounts for some incredible companies, usually, the first question they ask me is, “when is the best time to post on Facebook?”

I run my business based on facts, stats, metrics, and proof - I’m a total numbers nerd - so here you go!

• Best day is Wednesday
• Best times to post - Wednesday 11 am and 1 pm
• Weekdays from 9 am - 3 pm will get the most consistent engagement
• Mornings and evenings before 7 am and after 5 pm each day get the lowest engagement
• People are more likely to engage mid week from mid-morning to mid-afternoon
• Sunday is the worst day

Here is my suggested schedule:

Monday: 1 PM, 2 PM, 3PM
Tuesday: 1 PM, 2 PM, 3PM
Wednesday: 11 AM, 1 PM
Thursday: 5 PM, 8PM
Friday: 11 AM

I definitely suggest testing this out with YOUR audience, different businesses will have different results based on a plethora of factors. One of the first things I do with my clients is an audit or analyses to determine the best schedule and strategy moving forward.

Sometimes going to the movies by yourself is perfect for the soul. The ability to just sit there and get absorbed into a great story while you eat ridiculously over priced and unhealthy snacks and NOT share is essential for self perseveration - especially after a hurricane. 🍿

🍁 So excited - it’s finally October!!! I love to celebrate the beginning of 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 month and on the first day of each I select one word of inspiration, focus, and manifestation.

Today, my word for October is ABUNDANCE. I invite and welcome abundance into ALL the areas of my life.

To close the month I’m tentatively planning a trip to Mexico City to celebrate the Day of the Dead. It’s been a bucket list item for way too long. I’m half Mexican and so proud of the art, music, history, and heart behind this tradition. And I’m really craving delicious street tacos!! 🤤

Sometimes you don’t get what you want, because you deserve better.
