Had a beautiful day at River Run Ranch doing a bodywork demo! One of my favorite things to do is teach owners the techniques they can do with their horses 💗🐴💗 stay tuned for upcoming demos and classes!

Wow! 2023 was a fun year of learning and growing and making new friends! I did a few Masterson Method demos, completed my first year of equine osteopathy school, and traveled all over Arizona helping horses and their humans. Thank you all for your love and support! 💗 Can’t wait to see what we can accomplish in 2024 🤩

I recently attended a Graston Technique training in the method of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. The instruments help amplify what your hands feel—it really blows your mind! 🤯
