✨ Big News, Lumen Families—A Technology Upgrade Is Here! 🍎💻

We're excited to share that Lumen Scholar Institute is taking learning to the next level with a major technology upgrade for the upcoming school year!

This fall, we're transitioning from Chromebooks to Apple technology, with students receiving either an Apple iMac or a Apple Macbook Neo, depending on their program and learning needs.

Why the change? Because we believe our students deserve technology that empowers them to do their very best.

Here's what this upgrade means for our students:

Here’s to freedom, learning, and new opportunities. Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸

Some of our students participating in the Summer Reading Challenge had a wonderful time exploring the Bean Museum with Ms. Herring on Wednesday. Students enjoyed learning, discovering, and connecting with fellow Fireflies while continuing their summer reading adventures.

On Tuesday, families in Northern Utah enjoyed a special visit to the Alpaca Farm.

And the fun isn’t over yet!

Come reconnect with classmates and meet up with fellow Lumen families at one of our summer park days. Join us for fun, friendship, and outdoor play as we spend time together and make great summer memories!

We are thrilled to introduce our BRAND-NEW K–6 Flex Learning Program at Lumen Scholar Institute!

Designed for families seeking greater flexibility, this innovative learning option allows students to learn at their own pace while receiving personalized support from a licensed teacher. Through weekly check-ins, families and students work closely with their teacher to celebrate progress, set goals, and receive the resources needed for success.

Whether your family has a unique schedule, travels frequently, or simply needs a more customized approach to education, our K–6 Flex Learning Program may be the perfect fit.

We are so excited to offer this new opportunity and can't wait to support even more students in their learning journey!
