We’re proud to introduce our new Youth Board President for TYF!
Dale Yancey brings over a decade of experience coaching youth sports and a deep passion for helping young athletes grow both on and off the field. He works at Rio Tinto’s Kennecott Copper Mine and, alongside his wife Jenny, is raising three amazing kids—two boys and a girl—who have been a big part of his journey in youth sports.
Dale played defensive end and middle linebacker in high school and lives by a simple principle: you get out what you put in. He is committed to helping kids build confidence, develop strong character, and become not only better athletes, but better people.
He’s excited to continue building the TYF program, create a positive experience for families, and help kids fall in love with the game of football and all the life lessons it brings.
