Can I just say something that a lot of LDS women struggle with?

Hey Latter-day Saint 👋 Save this for later 🎀

1️⃣Overthinking everything you said or did.
→ Replaying conversations drains your peace.
📖 “Let the peace of God rule in your hearts.” — Colossians 3:15

2️⃣Saying yes when your spirit is saying no.
→ People-pleasing leads to quiet burnout.
📖 “Let your yea be yea…” — Matthew 5:37

3️⃣Ignoring your own needs because “others need you more.”
→ You can’t pour from empty and call it faith.
📖 “Love thy neighbour as thyself.” — Mark 12:31

4️⃣Keeping everything in instead of processing it.
→ Silence doesn’t heal — it builds pressure.
📖 “Counsel in the heart… is like deep water.” — Proverbs 20:5

5️⃣Trying to handle everything alone.
→ Isolation feels strong… but it keeps you stuck.
📖 “Bear ye one another’s burdens.” — Mosiah 18:8

Most Latter-day Saint women don’t struggle because they lack faith.
They struggle because they’ve been taught to carry everything quietly.
To push through.
To stay strong.
To not “need” help.

But what if your mental exhaustion isn’t failure…
What if it’s an invitation?
To do something different.
To receive support.
To stop doing this alone.

✨ I created a free coaching Zoom for women who are ready to feel mentally, emotionally, and spiritually supported — not just keep surviving.

You need support.

When someone says, "You're in a cult..."

And I'm over here thinking:
You mean the church that taught me to follow Jesus Christ, serve others, strengthen families, and make covenants with God?
Yeah... I don't think we're talking about the same thing. 😂

But can I say something?
One of the hardest parts of being a Latter-day Saint isn't what people say about the Church.

It's feeling like you have to carry life's challenges alone because you're afraid of what others might think.

Too many LDS women silently struggle with:
Marriage challenges
Overwhelm and anxiety
Motherhood stress
Feeling disconnected from themselves and God
Not because they lack faith.
Because they're human.
And sometimes the most faithful thing you can do is receive support.

If you're a Latter-day Saint woman who is ready to stop disappearing in hard seasons and start being strengthened through them...

3. I practiced gratitude instead of replaying complaints.

(1 Thessalonians 5:18)

4. I stopped seeking attention and started walking in dignity.
True femininity carries virtue, not validation.
(Proverbs 11:22)
