Eagle Ridge Post Acute is a skilled nursing facility dedicated to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care while upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence and ethical practice. Their interdisciplinary team works collaboratively to support residents' medical, rehabilitative, and emotional needs in a safe and compassionate environment.
Ashley shared how Eagle Ridge Post Acute has made it possible for her to put her Bryant & Stratton College degree to work and continue growing in the medical coding field. She specifically highlighted Kira Hudson, NHA (Nursing Home Administrator), as an exceptional leader who is encouraging, invested in her team's development, and committed to helping employees grow their careers.
