Next time you walk into work before your first client. Ask yourself: 1. Do I look confident
2. Do I look comfortable
3. I am glad to be at work today
4. Do I look the part
5. Am I happy and have good energy today.
If you answer No to any of these questions you will loose your client somewhere within the appointment. It could be the first 7 seconds or the last 7 seconds of the appointment.
