Go me! Down 45lbs in a year and just about
6 mos sober. I feel fabulous- but don’t get me started on the emotional process that happens when I started to release all that “stuff” I was holding onto. Our bodies have interesting ways to protect us. I’m doing the work to program it to have the boundaries that block that s**t out before it even has a chance. That work is deep and not for the faint of heart. Loving myself, hard and cringe, and idgaf.
