Intelligence + Curiosity

When we feel strongly about our own viewpoints, opinions, thoughts and principles it’s only natural to want to share them and garner support and acceptance. While there is nothing wrong with that, we also need to allow space for those who hold opposing or differing ideas if for no other reason than rechecking our own thinking. Re-thinking.

This takes intelligence and an open minded curiosity to learn. To seek understanding. To understand that two viewpoints can exist simultaneously and one is not necessarily right and the other wrong.

Confidence and Arrogance are very different energies.

Instead of trying to be “right”, maybe consider just being open to understanding other possibilities.

Intentional Focus

This is why consistent daily practices are important. If we don’t consciously set our intentions and desires with our energy, our work, our family, our relationships , our health and anything you deem valuable then we will quite often fall short of what we desire.

Life will distract you. Busy is not productive. Busy is just busy. How many times have you ended your very busy day to only realize that you felt like you were on the hamster wheel with little accomplished.

Be proactive. Be intentional. Be disciplined. This is how we captain our ship.

Inner Circle

One of the most cherished parts of my life is my inner circle. The people who do life with me consistently with complete love and authenticity. They are open-hearted, truthful, supportive, curious, inspiring, growth-oriented. We ride the ups and downs of life together holding hands. They are essential to my well being.
These relationships are reciprocal and we interact in an energy system born out of love and acceptance. So grateful.

Tacos are also members of my inner circle. Just sayin …

Your inner circle doesn’t need to be big … it just needs to be a place where you get to be you with maybe a few bumpers to prevent you from questionable thoughts and actions 🫣🤭
