🎨🌸 Art is officially in full bloom! 🌸🎨

Our 6th graders Carter, Peyton, and Aubree are diving into our Element of the Week: Shape! ✨

Inspired by the beautiful floral artwork of Henri Matisse, our students created their own unique floral masterpieces using a combination of geometric and organic shapes. We love seeing their creativity, imagination, and artistic expression come to life! 💐🎨

🎣 Big congratulations to one of our Crusaders! 🎣

We are so proud to celebrate one of our students who recently reeled in a 21-pound catfish out of Bayou Teche! 🐟 That’s quite the catch!

Even better, he got to make this memory fishing alongside his dad, a pretty special way to spend the day and create memories that will last a lifetime. ❤️

Way to go, Crusader! We’re proud of you and can’t wait to see what you catch next! 🎣💙

Miles Hardy, 8, was fishing with his dad and his brother in Bayou Teche, behind his great-grandmother’s house in Leonville, when he caught this 21-pound catfish using crawfish for bait.

🐻🧸 Stuffed Animal Day at Preschool! 🧸🐻

We kicked off the start of what is sure to be an AMAZING school year with our very first Preschool Theme Day—Stuffed Animal Day! 💙

Our students had so much fun bringing their favorite stuffie to school to show off, snuggle, and love on throughout the day. 🥰 Sometimes those first few days away from home can be a little hard, so having a favorite friend from home along for the adventure can make all the difference!

We’re just getting started, and we can’t wait for all the preschool fun, learning, laughter, and memories ahead! 🎉📚
