Happy "Spark-iversary" to one of our wonderful BCBAs! Sarah, your dedication to our field, your infinite patience, and the genuine heart you put into every clinical milestone do not go unnoticed. Sophie recently earned her RBT credential, and she did it in record time by absolutely busting her butt every step of the way. Her work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication to our learners have been incredible to watch.

From day one, Sophie has been a rockstar, always willing to jump in, learn, and give her best. We are so proud of everything she has accomplished already and even more excited to watch her continue to grow with us.
