September is here and I am coming in with my whole pack. ๐Ÿ˜‚

New month. Fresh start. And everything I need to lead with intention this season.

Some things never change no matter the month. The mirror work. The journal. The coffee. The faith. The courage to keep going even when it is uncomfortable.

But there is something about September that feels like a deep breath. Like the universe is giving us one more chance to show up as the leader we have been becoming all year.

So here is my question for you.

What is in YOUR September leadership pack? Drop it in the comments. I want to know what you are carrying into this month. ๐Ÿ’™

A LOVE LETTER TO THE NEW OWNER OF THEIR HOME โค๏ธ

Today we hand over the keys to a place we have called home for 16 years.

These 10 acres have been the backdrop to our family life. Holidays with 40 people, family dinners, our daughters riding horses, our daughterโ€™s wedding, grandkids, dogs, sledding, firepit nights, kitchen dance parties and more laughter than we could ever count.

This home has held love, chaos, loss, grief, forgiveness, new family members and seasons that stretched us. It was a place where people felt safe enough to be themselves.

It also gave us plenty of memories to laugh about. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Royal catching a baby deer, Graffiti getting stuck in the fence, family races ending in tumbles, trampoline jumping we paid for the next day, and 3 AM nights when we forgot we werenโ€™t 25 anymore.

But the greatest gift was in the ordinary moments.

The dinners. The conversations. Watching our girls grow. Hearing laughter from another room. The sunrise outside our bedroom door and sunsets from our deck.

Those sunrises reminded us that joy can come after pain. Those sunsets reminded us that this too shall pass.

God taught us here to be present, to listen, to include and to show up.

SEE IT. SEE THEM. HEAR THEM.

As we begin our next chapter, we are choosing less upkeep and more time to live, love, travel, gather and make memories.

Our prayer is that this place becomes a refuge for you. Walk the pastures. Dance in the kitchen. Gather around the fire. Watch the sunsets. Fill this place with memories of your own.

We may be leaving this home, but we arenโ€™t leaving what it gave us.

The laughter. The lessons. The love. The tears. The horses. The dogs. The sunrises and sunsets.

All of it comes with us. โค๏ธ

Take good care of this place.

Because this isnโ€™t just a house on 10 acres.

Itโ€™s a place where life happens.

We are so grateful God allowed us to call it home for 16 years, and so grateful you get to call it home next.

August is almost over and I have been sitting with something this week.

We recently said goodbye to a home we loved deeply. A place that held 16 years of memories, laughter, tears, celebrations, and some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets I have ever seen. Saying goodbye to it was not just saying goodbye to a house. It was saying goodbye to a season of life.

And yet in the middle of all that grief there was also so much joy. Because endings like that remind you that the story is not over. It is just turning a page.

I think that is what transitions really are. Not just endings. But invitations to step into something new with everything you have learned.

So as we close out August and step into September I want to ask you.

What chapter are you closing this month? And what are you choosing to carry into the next one?

Drop it in the comments. I would love to hear. ๐Ÿ‘‡

This is my favorite kind of room.

No titles. No pretending. No pressure to have it all figured out.

Just leaders showing up honestly and doing the real inner work together.

I never take moments like these for granted. Because this is where the real shift happens. Not in a strategy session. Not in a boardroom. Right here. In the quiet, honest spaces where leaders finally give themselves permission to grow.

What would change for you if you had a room like this? Drop it in the comments. ๐Ÿ’™

I have worked with enough leaders to know this is true.

You are capable. You are talented. You have everything it takes.

But somewhere along the way the noise got loud. The boundaries got blurry. The confidence got quiet.

And what you need is not another strategy or another framework to follow blindly.

What you need is clarity.

Clarity on who you are. How you lead. And what you actually want.

That is exactly why I created the A free resource with two powerful tools inside to help you start leading with confidence, boundaries, and peace.

No strings. No spam. Just clarity. ๐Ÿ’™

Self awareness is not something you are born with.

It is something you build. One honest moment at a time. One uncomfortable question at a time. One trigger you catch before it catches you.

And when you finally develop it? Everything changes. How you lead. How you communicate. How you show up in every room you walk into.

That is the superpower nobody talks about. And it is available to every single one of you.

What would change in your leadership if you truly knew yourself? Drop it in the comments. ๐Ÿ’™

Okay I know I know. It is not done yet.

But can I just say that seeing it come together has me so excited I could not keep it to myself any longer. ๐Ÿ˜‚

This is a little sneak peek of what is coming. A brand new website that finally feels like everything this work is truly about. Clean. Clear. And very much me.

We are still putting the finishing touches on it but trust me it will be worth the wait.

Stay tuned. Something exciting is almost here. ๐Ÿ’™

Some of my favorite moments do not happen on a stage.

They happen in rooms like these. Where a group of leaders decides to show up fully. To be honest. To finally look in the mirror together.

Because here is what I know for sure. The mirror always comes before the mission. And when leaders are willing to hold it up for each other, something extraordinary happens.

The conversations go deeper. The breakthroughs come faster. And nobody feels alone in it anymore.

What kind of leader do you want to become by the end of this year? Drop it in the comments. ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ’™
