For anyone who has not heard, Larry Bonner III was involved in a fatal car accident a week ago. We are very saddened by this news, as Larry was a kind and respectful young man and a great teammate. I will be posting a link to his Go Fund Me page in case anyone would like to help the family out with funeral expenses. I know they would appreciate it during this difficult time.

▪️The Gridiron is asking for donations of protein bars, peanut butter sandwiches and/or chocolate milk each day of winter conditioning.
▪️Why would the boys need sandwiches and milk you ask?
-Coach Limongi and the Coaching Staff believe when the kids eat right after their workouts it enhances muscle growth and repair.
