When .gieseking had a vision of taking her travels to the Baja region of Mexico, and transforming it into a stunning shoot, I said let's do it! But to be transparent, I had eaten sea urchin many times.. but had never personally worked with it. So it was a challenge I was really excited to tackle. The outcome was eight stellar images that were such a collaborative, and enjoyable shoot to be a part of. It’s been so great to share this passion project.

Grilled Sea Scallops in their shell, with Lime Butter and Thai Chilis. Based on the creative flavors of .gieseking travels to Baja.
Personally, I would love to be one of these toasty lil scallops roasting over warm charcoal right about now... brrrrrr stay cozy out there people!
Many miles were clocked, loads of fake ice, and 26 glasses spritzed.. a successful shoot was had! 🍔🥂🍹
the only reason I was able to make a fun reel was due to and lovely bts pics they snapped. The only photo I contributed was the picture of Dexter the dog 😆 Anyways, another great film shoot with our friends in Kansas City with and 🥩❤️
