Happy last lesson to Rowan! Graduated and headed to the University of Northern Iowa in the fall. We are cheering for you always!

Congratulations to studio member Gwen for completing our major scale challenge! All 12 majors learned in one octave for the first time. Gwen has been playing flute since January, so we are so proud of her for learning so many notes so quickly!

Congrats to studio member Rowan for performing his senior recital today!! The program included the Hindemith Sonata, Flutes in the Garden by Gary Shocker, Ian Clarke’s Great Train Race, a medley of the Stardew Valley summer music, and one of Rowan’s own original compositions! We are so proud of you, Rowan, and we are excited to send you off to new adventures at the University of Northern Iowa!
