Yoga off the mat. Learn to reduce your stress by using your breath and moving your body.
This workshop open to all psychology students and is also a 15 point Psi Chi event. Invite your psych friends.

Today from NOON-1pm come pie your psychology professors in the face! For $3 you can throw it, but why throw the pie when you can guarantee contact for $5?! Dr. Brown's Multicultural Psychology class is raising money to set up a house for a Karen refugee family. So stop by to pie your professors for a good cause and a good time.
Don't forget we have a meeting tonight at 5pm in Eppley 310. There will be FREE PIZZA!!!!
