Our Monday/Wednesday/Friday classes loved seeing the animals from Wildlife Encounters!

Our Tuesday/Thursday classes had so much fun during their visits from Wildlife Encounters last week!

Due to the weather and road conditions, there will be no morning preschool classes today.

Hours are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00 am-3:30 pm for the 2022/2023 school year. Please fill out an employment application found on our website at https://www.lifegatepreschool.com/employment-opportunities.

Job Overview: Responsible for teaching the daily concepts, taking full responsibility of the children, being a spiritual leader and having excellent communication with parents and coworkers. Function as head of the class with proven ability to delegate and lead Assistant Teachers. Lead parent teacher conferences, participate in staff meetings, and attend teacher in-service days. Must have good communication skills, classroom management, a willingness to collaborate, and be a team player.

Qualifications: Minimum requirements are valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate, a bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree in early childhood education, education or child/youth development, a Child Development Associate Credential or a high school diploma and at least 1500 hours verifiable experience working with preschool age children. Continuing education hours will be required on a yearly basis. Must be in alignment with the vision and culture of Lifegate Church.

We have a wonderful opportunity available to impact, lead and teach preschool age children and be part of an amazing team! We are looking for a Monday/Wednesday/Friday Assistant Teacher of Art that has a passion for working with children and loves the Lord!

Job Overview: Assistant Teacher - Art is responsible for preparing all art projects and instructing the children during art time. Will work closely with all teachers. Must be a servant leader and team player.

Qualifications: Minimum requirements are high school diploma and at least 1500 hours verifiable experience working with preschool age children *or* an Associate’s Degree (or above) in Early Childhood Education, Education or Child/Youth Development *or* a Child Development Associate Credential *or* a valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate.

Due to the extreme cold temperatures forecasted, Lifegate Preschool will be closed tomorrow, February 16.

Due to the weather and LCS's 2 hour late start, we will not have our morning session today, Thursday, February 4.

We will be closed on Tuesday, January 26 due to the continued inclement weather.

There is no preschool on Monday, January 25 due to the incoming winter weather.
