Support the Culinary Olympic Team this summer!
The USA team is coming to Omaha, and we have added some community classes to help support them. Experience a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu that celebrates American ingredients and showcases contemporary culinary artistry at the highest level. Throughout the evening, you’ll hear directly from the chefs as they share the inspiration behind each dish, their training process, and what it takes to compete on the global stage. This exclusive dinner features chefs from the National Culinary Team USA as they refine their competition menu ahead of the 2026 Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg.

Our Spring ICA Student Expo is on May 21st. Get your spot today at either our 4 pm or 4:30 pm start time!
Students in their final term at the Institute for the Culinary Arts (ICA) will prepare and present various sweet and/or savory foods at tasting stations, along with educational materials to demonstrate what they've learned. Come engage with these students and learn directly from them about the foods they’ve prepared. This is a unique opportunity to learn more about the ICA’s new Sustainable Baking Management and Sustainable Culinary Management degree programs, engage with students, and sample delicious food.
