Got it in today. Progress is coming along. Going to be ready for the beach next month. I eat no meat, no protein shakes, no creatine, no supplements , everything I do is straight from the ground I eat once a day I don't get sick and I feel amazing . Get at me if you want that summer body. Time waits for no man.

Day 28 into my 28 days Dr. Bobby J. Price detox. Im down 11lbs and gain 3.6lbs of muscle. Feeling and looking great. Time to switch up my workout next month. All calisthenics and no weights over 15lbs.
