Westside Community Schools is once again partnering with the Nebraska Department of Education to provide the Summer Food Service Program to all families at several District 66 schools.

All children, as well as accompanying parents, are offered free breakfast and lunch at four Westside SFSP sites:

Hillside Elementary, 7500 Western Ave.
Prairie Lane Elementary/Swing School, 3534 S. 108th St.
Westbrook Elementary, 1312 Robertson Dr.
Westgate Elementary, 7802 Hascall St.

There are no restrictions or applications for families who wish to take part in this program. Breakfast runs daily from 7:45am until 9:00am, and lunch runs from 11:30am until 1:00pm.

Omaha Lutheran church, school close after 132 years due to low enrollment, $130,000 in unpaid tuition Principal Linda Tripp gave a teary goodbye to students, their parents, faculty and the congregation after a morning celebration in the church sanctuary.
