Intentional Laughter
The Brain & the body often cannot distinguish between spontaneous, genuine laughter and intentional, simulated laughter.

Both can produce the same positive physiological and neurochemical changes, which is the basis for practices like Laughastè and Laughastè yoga.

By incorporating intentional laughter into your routine, you can proactively support your nervous system's ability to recover from stress and build greater emotional resilience over time.

Laughter helps regulate your nervous system by activating the parasympathetic nervous system (the rest and digest branch), which counters the fight-or-flight response of the sympathetic nervous system. This process brings your mind and body back into balance. ⚖️

Oowee HEALarious ikr... Did you start your day with Laughastè?

RAspectfully Speaking If you haven’t increased your Vagal Tone your nervous system can’t tell the difference between ‘I’m about to manifest my dreams’ and ‘I’m about to be chased by a predator.’
Without somatic preparation, your body perceives the intensity of your positive changes as a threat to your survival, and it will biologically block the blessing to keep you safe in the familiar.

In ​Spiritually, we talk about being a vessel. But a vessel that is rigid and tight will crack under the pressure of high-frequency InnerG. If you are manifesting your birthif abundance after living in survival mode for so long your body is stuck in the small survival state, there is a frequency mismatch.
​You aren’t being denied... You’re being asked to expand the container.

From Secondary Trauma to a laughter Somatic Release . Oowee Let us Laughastè and discharge.

LCSWs and family service workers, your work is a form of eustress because you love what you do, but that doesn’t mean your nervous system isn’t paying a price.

Carrying the weight of client trauma can lead to Secondary Traumatic Stress (STS) if we don’t intentionally discharge it.

I use my methodology Laughastè to help clinicians:

✅ Intentionally release that stored tension

✅ Reset your nervous system capacity.

✅ Physically interrupt the “rumination loop” after heavy cases.

✅ Reset the vagus nerve to maintain that positive, purpose-driven perspective.

It’s not about faking a smile and laughing for fun it’s about a somatic clearing so you can show up fully for the next family without carrying the last one with you.

We Don’t carry the day home with you discharge it.

It’s time to prioritize the provider.

Oowee Let me Laughastè and Regulate (It was a 4 hour layover, but I’ve had 36 b4)
The ticket was $22… j/k

But Im not kidding about calming my nerves…. I’ve been flying for 12 years and I still getta lil 😬🫨😑 so it’s a MUST I always have to Laughastè, spray and Regulate before the flight, during and after to reassure my nervous system I am safe…

It’s not rooted in not fear it’s reassurance. Snd biological preparation.

And I don’t care about looking silly in the airport I care about my nervous system feeling supported and keeping my stress levels low.

And all stress is not bad stress… But your body doesn’t know that.
