I took a fitness class this morning that humbled me. It moved so fast. 15 minutes in, I stepped out to catch my breath. I immediately set a reminder to sign up for next week’s class.

I’m an active person. I do yoga every day. I go to the gym multiple times a week. I lift heavy. I can jog a mile. I’m literally a fitness trainer and yoga teacher. But this class kicked my butt, and I left early.

So if you have ever signed up for a class that left you feeling weak and out of shape… just know you aren’t the only one who struggles. I will be back at this class next week. I may walk out early then too. But I know this is the exercise I need, so I’ll keep coming back until I can get through the entire class.

Don’t ever judge yourself for knowing your own limitations! Just also maybe don’t accept them as permanent either.

What makes Radiant by Regan different? I've been asked this question quite a lot. People have used my product and been amazed. How does mine help when other natural product doesn't. I don't have a perfect answer, but I can tell you more about the intention behind each product.
This brand began as plant medicine. I was fascinated by the power of plants and how much they can heal and nourish the body. Then it turned into little remedies I made for myself and my family. Then it evolved into the product you see today.
It also helps that I pour love into every step of the process. I believe that intention and energy can infuse into things like this, so when you buy a mass produced product, you don't get that same love or attention that you get from a smaller business.
