🌈 COLOR FAN TIP: Make sure you have a *digital photo* of your color fan saved to your phone so you can access your season’s colors ANY time, even when you don’t have your physical fan with you! 👍🏼

Having your color fan to verify colors in person will always be ideal, but even a digital copy can be helpful than no reference point at all, especially in the beginning when you’re just learning how to spot your colors in the wild! 🐆

📸 Don’t forget to *screenshot* your season’s color fan photo on the next few slides & save that photo to your phone in a pinned album or your *favorites* album so you can access it quickly! 📲

❄️Just a little WINTER refresher for you!!!

Winters look best in colors that are cool+bright+clear+vivid+icy. Even the deepest darkest colors have a clarity to them (think sharp and crisp instead of dusty/muted/soft). Your best hair tones (whether you’re blonde or brunette) are cool/ashy and for blondes, more icy rather than anything overly yellowed or warm. Makeup, all the same things apply! But I definitely notice clients have strong preferences on whether they like a bold/muted makeup look. Ultimately what I notice is it’s most helpful for clients to know the families of makeup colors they look best in, then they can play with intensity levels and the saturation/pigmentation! Also white gold and silver is your go to for jewelry!!

💔Life feels a little color-less on a day like today.

Our dear friend, and HOC colleague Rebecca, lost her daughter last night.

I never had the honor of meeting Lillian but she has made a permanent impact on my life.

Her parents display a steadfast faith, in the face of unimaginable circumstances. I believe miracles are happening because of Lily’s story, though not the miracle we hoped and prayed for.

Lily is living in BRIGHT + BEAUTIFUL COLOR in the presence of her savior now.
