This is a staple in my house so you NEED to know it! My BASE is a “cheese” dip that can be twisted into so many different flavors to accommodate your dish! The base consists of the following blended in my Vitamix :
3/4 C. water,
3/4 C. Almonds,
3/4 C. Cashews,
2-4 garlic cloves,
2T. Nutritional yeast, 2T. Lemon juice,
2T. ACV
garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, cumin, paprika, pink Himalayan sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper.
Tonight I threw in 10 Tabasco peppers and swapped out the ACV for champagne vinegar. SO TASTY!

CROCKPOT COCONUT CURRY! I’m FULL OF IT... MEAL IDEAS 😃 Many of you do really great but have difficulties finding the joys of cooking or prepping food. Don’t forget about the CROCKPOT! We made a coconut curry rice & veggie dish this week that was DIVINE! 🤤
❇️MY (all organic) INGREDIENTS:
Celery, carrot, garlic, onion, ginger, mushrooms, basmati rice, canned coconut milk, low sodium vegetable broth, low sodium curry powder, various high quality seasonings.
❇️INSTRUCTIONS:
In your crockpot, add the entire can of coconut milk & entire container of vegetable broth and turn on (whichever setting you normally use). Chop all produce. Put all chopped produce in crockpot except for mushrooms; add those in near the end to keep the integrity of the mushroom intact. Also, add in low sodium curry & any other spices you may want. If you would like more coconut flavor, add COCONUT MANA or COCONUT butter to your dish. Once your rice is thoroughly to your liking, it is ready to serve! 😍

2️⃣If you buy “light coconut milk,” I feel you’re paying extra for them to water down your product. 😬
3️⃣ I went with fresh instead of frozen bc I did have the TIME to prepare a gut-healing meal since it required no attention!
4️⃣ Use HIGH QUALITY spices. Your kitchen has the power to heal or hurt you. Adding high quality ingredients to my spice rack has helped me improve my gut health & vibrance....and they taste better than generic, out-dates, inorganic spices. 🤗 HAPPY WEDNESDAY!

People ask me why I went vegan and honestly, it was a gradual experience for me.
I had so many diagnoses I was being treating for and felt Luke I had no relief. I dealt with chronic severe asthma, allergies, chronic pain, epilepsy, PTSD/depression, GERD, hypothyroidism... the list seemed never ending.
I started out eating quality foods without limiting animal products, but added green shakes and juices. I continued to feel better and better.
I went vegan in June 2017 and August of 2018, I had my last asthma attack. I decided no more meds for me and that I could manage my own health without medications.
To this day, my body almost immediately communicates with me when I'm not properly taking care of myself (physically, mentally, and emotionally).
So when people ask why I'm all hyped up about plants, it's a liberation story for ME.

I'M VERY PROUD OF MY PLANT-BASED LIFESTYLE!
Food/food habits were a MAJOR part of my healing process.
✔️I incorporated a plant-based, whole-foods diet
✔️I started eating more high vibrational & nutrient dense foods
✔️I began caring about the nutritional content OVER the ever-popular macronutrients (protein, carbs, etc)
✔️I ate a very diversified diet every day
✔️I felt good that I was causing no harm to other living beings for my food
✔️I thought about the nutrients and healing that came from each food as I ate them. This was especially difficult for me after constantly trying to starve myself and counting macros. It's a GAME CHANGER when you realize and remind yourself that plants were put on this planet to energize and heal us!
✔️I began giving thorough thanks and gratitude for my food while I was eating it
✔️I prepared and made all of my foods and felt a deeper connection and healing because of my involvement of the entire process
❌I cut processed foods
❌I cut foods with artificial colors and preservatives
❌I stopped eating for comfort
❌I quit eating just to eat when I was in a bad mood or just needed to take my mind off of things
By changing my diet, I experienced:
▪️More energy
▪️Weight loss
▪️Better looking skin
▪️Overall vibrance and vitality
▪️The ability to focus more
▪️No bloating
▪️No brain fog
▪️No pain or bloating from menstrual cycles
▪️The ability to connect to the earth more

HERE'S THE RECIPE!!!!
I choose blending whole food smoothies because it allows you to get all of the fiber that you wouldn't get in juicing, while having foods already broken down in order to deliver high nutrients that's easy on your digestive system.
